The Snook Bluejays defeated Burleson County rival Somerville in two district games last week, 12-4 on Tuesday in Somerville and 16-4 on Friday in Snook.
In game one, Snook scored three runs in the top of the second inning for a 4-0 lead. The Yeguas responded with one run in the bottom of the third to make it 4-1 and added two more runs in the fourth to cut the lead to 4-3.
