Lady Hornets place second in golf, tennis

The Caldwell High School boys golf team won the district championship last week, and the girls placed second as both teams advanced to the regional tournament.
The district tournament was played on Monday, March 27, and Tuesday, March 28, at Colovista Golf Club in Bastrop.
The boys posted rounds of 367 and 278 for a two-day total of 745.
