He passed away on April 6, 2023, in Houston, Texas. Frank lived his life to the fullest without any doubt. He loved his family and friends very much and always showed us love and support and gave us his time.
He loved God and made it known.
He was a talented songwriter and musician. He always had a song in his head and a beat in his heart.
He loved his cats and wanted to have a Cat rescue home.
He was very loved by his Family and will forever be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his son, River Nicholas Smith; his son, Azriel Smith; his brother, Weldon Smith; and his mother, Lleanna Marie Curtis.

He loved his famhis grandchildren, Osiris Daniel and Raine Brown; his father, Weldon Smith; and stepmother, Kim Lan Botts; and his father and mother-in-law, John and Dianne Killough; his sisters, Susan Smith Rosenfield (Matt), Donna Butler Black (Joseph), and Vera Butler; his nephews, Matthew Poole Butler, Ryan Thomas Butler (Bailey), and Michael Dylan Kelly (Val); his brother-in-law, Matthew Kelly (Vicki); and great-nieces and nephews, David Butler, Levi Kelly, Parker Neal, Brylee Butler, Greyson Kelly and Rylynn Butler.
Services were at Oaklawn Cemetery in Somerville, Texas on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
