A celebration of life for Dora Louise Creekmur, of Grand Prairie, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the Caldwell Masonic Cemetery pavilion.
Dee was born on Thursday Jan. 18, 1934, in Burleson County, Texas, to Frank Joseph Frieda Sr. and Sophie Frieda.
Dee worked in retail for many years and was awarded the Pampered Public award by the city of Arlington for her congenial attributes.
There are no words to describe the unmeasurable love and dedication she so unselfishly gave her family and friends. Those who knew her would describe her as friendly and helpful, she was a vivacious spirit. Dee loved her lunches out with friends and afternoon gatherings with family. Her smile lit up every room and her loving spirit always shined through. Her beautiful smile, giving heart and welcoming spirit will always be remembered.
She died peacefully at the age of 89, on Friday, May 5, 2023.
She is survived by three daughters; two grandsons; seven granddaughters; four great-granddaughters; seven great-grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.
