Last Thursday, June 8, Columbus stopped an undefeated Burleson County All-Star team from reaching its goal of a Texas East District 13 Little League title.
The Burleson County 7 year old coach pitch softball team went 3-0 in pool play at the District 13 tournament in Sealy, defeating: Washington County 15-8, La Grange 16-5 and Lee County 12-2.
Pool play was over June 2-3....
