Jo Ann Bailey Moran of El Campo, formerly of Angleton, died May 1, 2024, at the age of 93.
She was born October 26, 1930, in Rosebud, Texas, to Harvey Tillman Bailey and Lyda Jane Hicks Bailey.
She is survived by her husband of 76 years, D. P. Moran of El Campo; sons, Micheal D. Moran and wife, Janie, of El Campo, M. Dale Moran and wife, Billie Faye, of Troy, Texas, Billy Don Moran and wife, Nell, of Angleton, Doug W. Moran and wife, Donna, of Angleton, and daughter, Debbie Moran Drapela and husband, Tim, of El Campo; brother, Donald Bailey; sister, Winona Vasser; 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Triska Funeral Home in El Campo.
The memorial service was held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at First Baptist Church in Angleton with Pastor Sean Thomas officiating.
