    The Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) issued one new oil well drilling permit in Burleson County in December.The RRC report is for newly approved permits in the county, not for drill sites which were previously permitted.The December permit was for: * Fox 4HE, located 1.5 miles northwest of Caldwell in the F.
