Pamela “Pam” Peel Kristof, 76, of Caldwell, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home, located at 404 W. Buck St. in Caldwell.
Pam was the oldest of four children born to George and Joyce Peel in Pampa, on September 22, 1949.
She married Edward Kristof on July 23, 1966, and they shared 45 years of marriage.
Pam worked for nearly 40 years at Caldwell Dairy Queen, beginning in 1966.
Her lifelong passion was quilting. She was a member of the Creative Memories Quilting Guild and won numerous awards for her quilts at the Kolache Festival, Burleson County Fair and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brother-inlaw, Alton Baasen; her nephew, Kevin Baasen; and several other brothers- in-law and sistersin- law. She is survived by her sons, Allen and wife, Sherry, and Darrell; her sister, Carolyn and husband, Robert Strickland; her sister, Laquita Baasen; her brother, Danny Peel and wife, Jennifer; her sister-in-law, Margie Muzny; her three grandsons, Justin and wife, Grace, Josh and wife, Kayliegh, and Kyle; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
