A Caldwell man was arrested by a DPS trooper on Tuesday, July 14, on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated/third or more following a twovehicle accident on State Highway 21 West near County Road 104.
Weldon Kent Smith, 27, was charged and is now free on $5,000 in bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff ’s Office.
