A Mass of Christian Burial for Margaret J. Drzymala-Williams, 79, formerly of Caldwell, was held on Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Pleasanton.
Burial followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Pleasanton.
Mrs. Williams died on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021, in Victoria.
She was born at home in Kosciusko, Texas, on June 10, 1942.
Margaret was a graduate from Poth High School, Class of 1961.
She wrote insurance policies for USAA in San Antonio until she married Carl Williams, in 1971.
They had two children, Timothy and Carla.
Margaret was defined by her strength, faith, and caring heart. She instilled these values in her children, and they live on through her grandchilden.
Margaret’s trust in God was unfailing and often said, “You put your worries in His hands, and you don’t take them back out.”
Margaret is preceded in death by her son, Timothy Carl Williams; husband, Carl L. Williams Jr.; mother, Annie Drzymala; father, Felix Drzymala; sisters, Gladys Kotzur and Evelyn Laskowski.
She is survived by her daughter, Carla Gajewskey; son-in-law, Dr. Larry Gajewskey Jr., aka Charlie; her three grandchildren, Joy Gajewskey, Gloria Gajewskey, and Thaddeus Gajewskey; sisters, Lucille Kosub and Virginia Tidwell; brothers, Norbert Drzymala and Raymond Drzymala
