A Mass of Christian Burial for Paula Sanchez Abdallh, 61, of Caldwell, was held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Caldwell.
Paula Sanchez Abdallh was born on Aug. 31, 1960, to Joe and Agripina Sanchez in Karnes City, Texas. She was one of seven siblings.
Paula met her future husband, Yousef Abdallh, and they were married on Jan. 31, 1982. They were married 16 years, but later separated but remained great friends.
Paula worked as a home healthcare provider for many years.
She loved dancing, music, fellowship, Young and The Restless soap opera (with no interruptions), dogs, crossword puzzles, glittery hats, collectible items, chicken fried steak from Golden Corral and spending time with her grandchildren.
Most people would remember Paula by her story telling and facial expressions -- she knew how to make everyone laugh!
She died on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022.
Paula is survived by her two sons; one daughter; her mother; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and six siblings.
