    Bobby Bazan of the Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) has been named the new executive director of the Texas Groundwater Association (TGWA).

    Bazan has served for 10 years as a water resource management specialist with POSGCD in Milano and begins his new duties with TGWA on Jan. 2, 2023.
