CHS’ Ellis, Caldwell grad Trnka win Kolache Krunch again

    Caldwell High School cross country runner Spencer Ellis won last Saturday’s Kolache Krunch 5K for the second year in a row.

    The runner adorned in a colorful pink tutu finished with a time of 17:25, ahead of his CHS running teammate Landon Vykukal, placing second with a time of 18:12.

    Ellis’s time was better than his winning time in 2024 at 18:04.9. Vykukal also had a better time this year. Last year…
