Caldwell volunteer firefighters battled two grass fires on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 1, one off of F.M. 166 and another off of County Road 377, and contained them to pasture land with no structural damage.
The fire at 1122 F.M. 166 was toned by Burleson County sheriff’s dispatched at 1:07 p.m., and Caldwell and Beaver Creek volunteer firefighters responded, said Caldwell Fire Chief Harry Bowers.
