The Friends of Caldwell Main Street’s second annual Chocolate, Champagne and Cake Walk event was a success, bringing in about 75 visitors to the downtown area on Saturday, Feb. 14, despite rain in the forecast.
“The event did help with sales,” Tracy Pieper, Friends of Main Street chair, said. “The weather actually held out until right at the end.”
