A 27-year-old Austin man was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 18, on a felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge following an incident in which a man was threatened with a gun at Caldwell Heights Apartments.
Michael Wayne Conerway Jr., was also charged with Class B possession of marijuana and remains in Burleson County custody on $50,000 bond.
