A College Station man was arrested by Caldwell police on Tuesday, June 30, on a felony drug charge after a traffic stop at the Banks and Fifth Street intersections.
Tanner Scott Duffy, 19, was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, less than 1 gram, and is now free on $3,000 bond.
