The Somerville Yeguas struggled offensively, held to zero rushing yards and just 189 total yards, in a 35-16 season opening home loss to Normangee last Friday.
The Yeguas’ passing game shined with quarterback Andy Espinoza going 19-30 for 189 yards with one interception, and receiver Jayden Young catching 10 passes for 79 yards, including a 34-yard reception.
