The Caldwell Hornets will open district play this Friday at home against Lorena.
The Hornets are 1-2 going into the game with a 53-25 home loss to Lexington on Sept. 11, and 3-0 Lorena fell to Robinson 55-48 on the same day.
Both teams will be coming off a bye week, and Caldwell Head Coach Sean Witherwax said the Leopards are potent offensively.
