Caldwell’s Ayanna Dewberry was named District 22-4A’s Co-Newcomer of the Year.
Dewberry, a freshman, was honored for this position along with Giddings’ Karli Majewski.
The Lady Hornets also had four players selected to the district’s Honorable Mention team: Ava Jones, Ireland Morgan, Lydia Hicks and Lydia Giese.
