Caldwell’s Landon Vykukal was the area’s sole student athlete to compete at the University Interscholastic League’s State Tennis Tournament last weekend -- competing in the Class 4A boys singles bracket.
The tournament was held in San Antonio over May 7-8, with the Class 4A boys singles matches at the Annemarie Tennis Center on Friday.
