The state-ranked Edna Cowboys rushed for 289 yards and built a 21-3 lead before holding on for a 29-16 win over Caldwell last Friday in Caldwell.
Caldwell put together a good fourth quarter rally with 13 points on TD runs by quarterback Kyle Cunningham and running back Chris Carroll and finished with 321 total yards, 178 on the ground and 143 in passing.
