An Austin man was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 11, on a felony drug charge after a traffic stop by DPS Trooper Clint Nance on State Highway 21 near County Road 104.
Regino Allan Valle, 49, was charged with felony possession of a substance in Penalty Group 1 between 1-4 grams and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces.
