VFW Post 4458 in Caldwell recently named Lisa Pieper and Karen Rhodes as its Teachers of the Year. Pieper was chosen as this year’s ninth through 12th-grade winning teacher, nominated by Ashley Zboril, Caldwell High School counselor.
