Will include Spooky Carnival, Boo House, Trunk-or-Treating

Caldwell’s annual Halloween event, ‘Scare on the Square,’ is a community favorite. The family-friendly Halloween event will be Saturday, Oct. 26, beginning at 5 p.m. in downtown Caldwell. No pets are allowed in the event area.
