A trial scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 1, in District Court in Caldwell has been canceled.
Jury notices were sent out previously, so anyone who received a jury summons is excused and is asked not to appear, said Burleson County Attorney Susan Deski.
The trial was to have been the first since March. Trials had been delayed since then due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
