A 49-year-old Somerville man was arrested by DPS Trooper Matthew Blevins on Thursday, Oct. 8, at 12:30 a.m. on a felony evading arrest charge.
Noah Samuel Leasure was charged with felony evading arrest, detention with a vehicle and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, second offense.
