Burleson County Pct. 1 Commissioner Joe Baldwin said he has reached an agreement with Garney Construction of Houston to fund road improvements on County Road 367 and 347.
Garney is a water systems construction contractor involved with the Vista Ridge water export project located along F.M. 696, Baldwin said.
