SISD start date returns to Aug. 24

After moving the start of school from Aug. 24 to Aug. 13 due to recommendations by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) issued in May, Somerville ISD has now adhered to new recommendations by TEA to move its start date back to Aug. 24.
