The Snook City Council has approved two variances regarding building and energy conservation for the planned new wastewater treatment plant.
The board on Monday, Nov. 25, approved variances to the International Building Code (IBC) and the International Energy Conservation Code, following the recommendation of Strand Associates of Brenham, the city’s engineer.
