Somerville PD upgrading with some new grants

Thanks to some grant writing by Somerville Police Chief Craig Wise, the department has some much needed new equipment. That includes upgraded computers for all patrol cars and a revised and updated crime reporting system. He is also seeking grant funding for body cameras, although that is still pending.
