Two Galveston women were arrested at 2:36 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, on felony drug charges after a traffic stop by Caldwell Police Officer John Hammons.
Iris Fuentas, 35, and Angela Rena Stumpf, 37, were each charged with felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty groups 1 through 3, and a misdemeanor possession of marijuana, said Caldwell Police Detective Chris Peschel.
