Brad Vestal, the former DAEP/ACE administrator for the Caldwell School District, was indicted by the Burleson County Grand Jury on Wednesday, Nov. 20, on an injury to a child charge in connection with a March incident at the district’s DAEP building.
Vestal is accused of pushing a student into a wall, according the the indictment.
