In a major improvement in a highly competitive race, Snook’s Ethan Janac shaved over two minutes off his time from last year and finished 61st out of 146 runners last weekend at the State Cross Country Meet in Round Rock.
Janac, a sophomore making his second consecutive appearance at the state meet, finished with a time of 17:47.60.
