A celebration of life for Louis Frank Howard, 67, of Caldwell, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at the Caldwell Assembly Church.
Frank was born on Nov. 22, 1957, in Caldwell, to Willis Wayne Howard and Lula Janelle (Smoak) Howard.
He worked for many years as an HVAC technician.
He enjoyed many hobbies including dove hunting, fishing and watching football, especially the Houston Texans and baseball with the Houston Astros.
He married the love of his life, Debra (Powell), June 26, 1991, in Houston. This union was blessed by 33 years until her passing nine months ago.
He died on August 23, 2025.
Frank is survived by his mother; three sons; three daughters-in-law; one daughter; one brother; two brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; one sister; one brother-in-law; 13 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
