The Caldwell ISD school board has lowered tax rates once again for 2025-2026.At its Monday, Sept. 22, meeting, the board approved setting the district’s total tax rate at $0.8161 per $100 valuation.This is lower than both the no-new-revenue rate of $0.8856 and the voter approval rate of $0.8164 per $100 valuation.It is also lower than the 2024-25 tax rate of $0.9171 per $...
