  • SNOOK EEA HOSTED its annual Blessing Box Project “Sew-In” on Saturday. The Blessing Box Project makes pillows and drain shirts for those recovering from breast cancer surgery and fills boxes with those pillows and other items to encourage those to keep fighting. Area residents volunteered to help Blessing Box Project founder Dawn Compton on Saturday, sewing pillows and stuffing boxes to send out to breast cancer survivors.
