Andrew L. Hitchcock, 89, of Caldwell, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019, in Bryan, Texas. Visitation was held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell.
