A memorial service for Frank Louis Vega, 68, of Caldwell will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Somerville.
Mr. Vega died on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019, in College Station.
Frank was born on Oct. 9, 1950, in Brenham to Santos Vega and Eloise (Trevino) Vega.
