Tammy was born on April 9, 1976, in Caldwell, to Ronnie Vernon Marek and Reba Kay Warren Sherif.
She attended Caldwell High School and studied to be a cardiac technician at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. She worked as a home health care provider where she provided loving care for her beloved clients.
Tammy married John (Clay) Fritcher in Caldwell, and together they had one daughter, Hayley Ronnette, the pride and joy of Tammy’s life.
Tammy loved her church family at First Assembly of God in Caldwell where she attended faithfully until her health began to fail.
She loved watching the 700 Club on TV and praying for anyone in need. Because of her faith and acceptance of Christ in her heart, those who have the same hope that God gives us will see her again in Heaven.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Vernon Marek; her mother, Reba Marek Sherif; her maternal grandparents, Alvin Warren and Mattie Eldridge Warren of Somerville; and her paternal grandparents, Delaphine Bills Marek and Edward Marek of Caldwell.
Tammy is survived by her daughter, Hayley Fritcher Ramon, and husband, Bennie; her fiancé, Gary Wayne Martin and his two daughters, Bree and Kaylyn; her aunts, Cynthia Marek Dodson and husband, Johnnie, Wanda Warren, Pat Mynar, and Dorothy Mantey; her uncle, Willie Yendrey; her very special friend, Bubba Scott; many cousins and dear friends; and her grandson, Hayden Allen Ramon, which Hayley and Bennie are expecting in early August this year.
The family hopes you will join in as they share some of their favorite memories, stories, laughter and tears. Tammy was a wonderful person who will be greatly missed, family said.
