A Hearne man was arrested on Tuesday, March 31, on a first degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with an incident that afternoon in Caldwell.
James Edward Benford, Jr., 40, was charged and is out of jail on $100,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
