A Caldwell area man was arrested on Thursday, July 29, at Cade Lake on a Lee County warrant for a felony terroristic threat.
Devin Ray Smith, 38, was charged with terroristic threat against a peace officer/judge, and remains in Lee County custody on $75,000 bond, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
