A DPS trooper arrested a 34-year-old Bryan man on Thursday, Aug. 20, on a felony drug possession charge after a traffic stop on State Highway 21.
Jonathan William Rice was charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, 4-400 grams and is now free on $10,000 bond, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
