Reserve to hold ribbon cutting Wednesday

Elkins earns Officer of the Year award

Burleson County Sheriff ’s Lt. Chad Elkins was named Officer of the Year on Friday, June 20, at the Caldwell Rotary Club’s Law Enforcement Banquet at the Caldwell Civic Center.

CISD oks $21.6M budget for ’25-’26

Caldwell ISD will be operating with a balanced budget during the 2025-2026 school year, with both expenditures and revenues totaling over $21.6 million.During Monday’s regular Caldwell ISD School Board meeting, the board approved the district’s budget for the upcoming school year.
