CALDWELL ISD’S EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP team and school board attended last week’s Texas Association of School Board’s (TASB) Summer Leadership Institute. The district’s executive team did a presentations at the event on “Family Groups: Fostering a Culture of Connection” -- sharing how this initiative helps build stronger relationships across campuses and creates meaningful dialogue between staff and district leadership.
