Easter re-elected mayor of Caldwell

Caldwell Mayor Janice Easter was re-elected mayor on Saturday, May 4, by a 236-177 margin over Brad Oliver.The election was one of four contested local races.Also in the Caldwell city race, incumbents Jessie Enrique Jr.

Shooting threat probed at CHS campus

A Caldwell High School student writing on the boys bathroom wall threatened a shooting incident for Monday, May 6, at the school, prompting a heavy law enforcement presence on all four Caldwell campuses all day.However, no incident occurred, leaving teachers, students and law officers relieved.

White gets good evaluation, raise
