    In a non-district game last Tuesday, Caldwell hosted the Class 2A Number 8 team Latexo, falling to the Lady Tigers 11-2.

    Latexo took an early 2-1 lead in the first inning and doubled its score in the second for a 4-1 lead.

    Caldwell’s second run was a Kyleigh Gomez homer in the bottom of the fourth.
