Caldwell boys’ doubles duo Connor Hughson and Waylon Chapman placed second in A Boys Doubles at the Rudder Ranger Varsity Roundup in Bryan last week.
The pair won their first round match 8-6 over Kagore and Benavidez of Anna and their second round match 8-6 over Warren and Scott of Gatesville, before losing in the finals to Elizondo and Smith of College Station 2-6, 3-6.
