The Caldwell Hornets fell to Taylor 2-1 last Tuesday at home, giving up the winning run in the sixth inning, and then lost 10-0 in the second round road game with Taylor on Friday.
In game one, the Hornets and Ducks were scoreless through four innings and tied 1-1 after five innings.
Caldwell finished with three hits and no errors, and Taylor had five hits and no errors.
