BC 7-8 machine pitch softball All-Stars bring home ’23 title

The team includes Carly Sheppard #1, Braely Polasek #6, Karlee Praesel #3, Avery Balboa #9, Blakely Kemper #13, Bailey Barnes #00, Cambree Johnson #23, Kinzleigh Ortega #99, Jesenia Herrera #40, Marley Kocurek #14, Sheyanne Simons #8, and Olivia Zamora #75. They are coached by Robert Polasek, Adrian Sheppard, Jana Johnson, and Flo Ortega.

    Texas East District 13 Little League began its annual county All-Star Tournments on June 2 -- with the younger All-Stars being featured.

    And, Burleson County’s own 7-8 year old machine pitch Little League softball team won the District 13 title, defeating Columbus in the title game 18-13 on Thursday, June 8, in Schulenburg.
